CHANGES:
The Studio will
make reasonable effort to work with The Client should changes occur. If the
event is rescheduled, and if The Studio is available, The Studio will shoot
the new date at the current rates in effect at the time of the change. If
The Studio is not available on the new date, or if the event is canceled,
The Studio is obligated to refund payments made, less $250.00 expense fee,
only if The Studio books another contract for the original time slot of
equal or greater value than the original contract. Should The Studio fail to
receive scheduled payments timely, all payments will be forfeited, and The
Studio will be under no further obligation in any way to The Client. The
Studio must be notified in writing of any changes.
PRODUCTION AND EDITORIAL CONTROL:
The Client has had
opportunity to critically view samples of The Studio's photography work, and
has retained The Studio as the exclusive official photographer to cover the
event. The Client grants The Studio full production and editorial control
regarding all aspects of production and postproduction. The Studio makes no
guarantees either expressed or implied in regard to aesthetic qualities of the
completed DVD production. The Studio makes no guarantees concerning any
particular effect or special request. In the event that a particular segment
of the event is not recorded (Captured on 35mm film or digital memory), or
partially recorded, it is at the sole discretion of The Studio as the
exclusive producer of the event DVD. After DVD production has been completed,
the Studio will make changes to the Master DVD if requested by The Client at
no charge for the first hour of editing time expended. After the first hour,
additional editing time will be billed to The Client in half hour increments
at the current billing rate of $50.00 per half hour. All hi-resolution digital
pictures will be added to an additional folder on the DVD for your viewing and
printing needs. In addition, all the digital pictures will be uploaded to this
website for your viewing and printing, where your wedding party may purchase
Pictures, Photo T-shirts, Photo-Mugs, Calendars, and other wedding photo
merchandise.
