FOOD AND PARKING:
The Client will
provide food service in the main reception room for The Studio staff during
the guest meal service. The Client will provide parking for The Studio's
vehicle as close to the event as possible.
OVERTIME:
When event
activities extend beyond the agreed upon length of time of coverage and The
Client requests extended coverage, overtime will be billed in one hour
increments at the current rate of $250.00 per hour, until such time as The
Client informs The Studio to discontinue.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCT - DVD:
Normal delivery of
The Client's DVD is within four weeks of the event. This delivery schedule is
only approximate, and, among other factors, is dependent on The Studio having
received all production materials supplied by The Client for inclusion in the
DVD. An extended delivery schedule necessary for proper completion of the
event DVD will not void this contract.
STUDIO LIABILITY AND GUARANTEES:
The Studio limits
any liability for loss, damage, or failure to deliver the event DVD for any
reason to return of all payments made.
PAYMENT:
We accept cash, check, VISA, or Master Card. If paying an amount by credit
card with this contract, provide your charge card number, name on card,
expiration date and amount.
RELEASE:
Client releases and authorizes the
Studio, Extreme Travel Club, Inc. to use images, names, sounds, and any
reproductions and/or recordings for promotional purposes. In return, Extreme
Travel Club, Inc. agrees to use the same in good faith and in good taste.
